Care plan questions, answered
Do I have to be on a care plan?
No, it’s completely optional. Plenty of clients choose one because it takes website worries off their plate, but you’re free to look after your own site if you’d prefer.
Can you look after a website you didn't build?
In most cases, yes. We’ll take a quick look at how your site is built and let you know if we can take it on. If it’s an unusual setup, we’ll be honest and suggest the best way forward.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
That’s exactly what a care plan protects against. With monitoring and regular backups in place, we can spot issues early and restore your site quickly, so downtime is kept to a minimum.
Can I change plans later?
Of course. You can move up or down a plan whenever your needs change. Plans are rolling and monthly, so you’re never tied into a long contract.
