How does the per-user pricing work?
You pay a fixed monthly price for each person who uses IT, on whichever plan you choose. It’s simple to budget for and easy to scale up or down as people join or leave. The whole business goes on one plan.
Are Microsoft 365 licences really included?
Yes. Microsoft 365 licences and remote support are included as standard on every plan, so there’s no separate licence bill to manage. You get the desktop and web apps like Outlook, Word and Excel.
Which plan should we choose?
Most businesses start on our Advanced IT plan, as it bundles crucial data backups, team password management, and staff security training under one neat umbrella. Essential is a fantastic baseline for smaller teams who just want elite foundational security, while Complete is tailored for those wanting full device compliance tracking or working towards Cyber Essentials certification.
Can you provide our phone system too?
Yes. It’s not included in the support plans, but we can set up and manage a business phone system alongside your IT, so calls work across your computers, mobiles and desk phones. One supplier for your tech and your phones, and one person to call if anything needs sorting.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes, and we make switching painless. We take over your Microsoft 365 and devices carefully, with no disruption to your team, and handle the handover for you.
Do you only support businesses in Hull?
Hull and East Yorkshire are home, but because support is remote we look after teams across the UK. Wherever you are, you’ll get the same friendly, personal service.
